Wake up!

Some days it's just so hard to hit the gym when all you want to do is sleep in. Gotta find that motivation somewhere. Me? I have an amazing workout buddy! 2-3 times a week I train her on weights, and she teaches a spin class afterwards. It's a workout match made in heaven.
